It was in 2000 that everything began, when David Ângelo and Miguel Nunes was in colleg and identified a Business Opportunity. Both medical students that wanted to improve their Suture and Manual Dexterity Technique, but they did not find equipment on the market that would meet the need. They did not waste time and created what would be the first version of the Blocomed Surgical Kit and in 2015 had a new BIG partner: Miguel Ribeiro Ferreira (one of the sharks on Shark Tank Portugal TV Show).
More than disseminating the Surgical Kit, Blocomed wanted to increase its revenue and the number of registrations in the Workshops, but also the visibility and notoriety of the brand, nationally and internationally.
Blocomed its a exclusively online brand (without a physical store), so it was crucial to create a sales channel that allow payments with Multibank and Credit Card References.
We started by providing Marketing & Distribution services, but quickly gained the trust of Blocomed. We were responsible for the creation and development of the Online Store (eCommerce) and Institutional Website, both available in three different languages (PT, EN and ES) and integrated with Payment Platforms (MB and Credit Card).
